MILESTONE is an experienced premium student housing provider with rooms located at Nova SBE Campus and Lombos (15 min walk to Nova SBE Campus).
Minimum booking: 7 days (e.g. June 30th to July 06th 2021).
The staying period can be shorter, however, the price will be charged in full.

Milestone – Terms & Conditions
· Room rates include towels and linen (not changed within the week) and daily cleaning.
· Meals is not included.
· Amenities not included.
· On the reservation form, you are asked to indicate your check-in and check-out dates.
· Individual bookings for different terms (additional days or less days) can be made on request. The charge for each additional day is 29 EUR, the reduction for each day less is also 29 EUR regardless of the category (19 EUR per person per day in the DOUBLE OPTION)

Milestone – Cancellation terms

From the day of signing the reservation agreement 14 days without any charge.

After that due until 1 month before the check-in day: 150 EUR cancellation fee.
After that the full payment does apply.
Milestone – Accommodation policy

Each guest will be asked to pay for a € 100 by bank transfer in advance (key deposit per person). The deposit will be returned to the guest if there are no damages in the room.

At the check-in, each guest is asked to sign the House rules and damage policy.
